Pale Sun

It’s the young summer, late spring, during the months of May and June, when you can bask in the shy sun without over heating. In the early summer mornings the pale sun shows up as sunrise begins, and the last cold breeze dies down. The sun falls on a hanging vine, making an escape for the afternoon. You can see it before it decides to set, before night decides to make a long appearance. A beautiful pale sun falls on a dense forest as light begins to retreat, and you want to it stay longer but it retreats on the leaves, the soil, the rocks and finally the sky.
